announcing the bayeux tapestry collection!
Thrilled to announce that a collection inspired by the Bayeux Tapestry will be available exclusively at the British Museum in London when the exhibition opens on September 10th, 2026!
meet the beasties
During research for designing this collection, I was charmed by the creatures stitched into the top and bottom margins.
They help tell the story unfolding along the center, in mood and playful interactions.
Deserving of the spotlight, I made them the main characters and focal point of each of the five unique pictorial and stained glass pendants.
I sculpted each design with textiles and stitching in mind, trying to echo the textures seen in this impressive work of art.
Tiny fleur-de-lis and clover details pay tribute to Medieval France & England where the story plays out.
Layered with the patinas of age and time-worn history.
